Client Compliant Resolution Committee

ASA Nigeria has a Client Compliant Resolution Committee, where our valued customer can share their view points, raise a complaint out of any grievance and seek for justice.

Who can complain:

Any customer facing service challenges or poor service delivery by ASHA MFB staff.

All complaints can be channelled through email via clientresolutions@ashamfb-nigeria.com or telephone 09152371694. All issues can also be escalated through any of our branches.

Client complaint procedure:

There are three modes of complaints in ASA Nigeria:

  1. Complaint by telephone
  2. Face to face complaint during group visits
  3. Written complaint through the Complain Box placed in every branch.

The delegated staff will look into the issue and report same to the committee for resolution
