Who can complain:
Any customer facing service challenges or poor service delivery by ASHA MFB staff.
Client complaint procedure:
There are three modes of complaints in ASA Nigeria:
- Complaint by telephone
- Face to face complaint during group visits
- Written complaint through the Complain Box placed in every branch.
The delegated staff will look into the issue and report same to the committee for resolution
